Billy founded Wilshar, Inc., in 1994 and has since led the company to become the premiere steel erector in Northwest Arkansas.

Hayden Witcofski, Chief Operations Officer
Hayden is the lead project manager at Wilshar. Hayden is passionate about the growth of Wilshar and the progress toward realizing our core values in every action we take. Hayden handles all of the equipment use and construction scheduling.

Hannah McLeod, Chief of Operations
Hannah serves Wilshar as a liaison with multiple vendors and consults on most special projects. Her support and enthusiasm for Wilshar are evident in her approach to all her assignments and projects. Hannah has a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the University of Arkansas and has over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction management.

Carter McLeod, Chief Financial Officer and Pre-Construction
Carter manages all aspects of Wilshar's financial activities and is responsible for the timely completion of individual projects. A big believer in our core values, Carter has started every day for the last eleven years valuing God and family, customer intimacy, high performance, growth, integrity, commitment, and trust. After receiving a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Arkansas in 2001, Carter worked in the banking industry for two years before joining Wilshar, Inc.

Brian Byrd, Project Manager
Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management – from UALR 2001. He joined Wilshar in September of 2021, bringing 22 years of experience working with general contractors in Commercial and Industrial construction.

Patrick Holt, Project Manager
Patrick, an NWA native, joined Wilshar in June 2022. He has a 2 year accounting specialist degree from Tulsa Community College and 6 years of experience in construction installation, management, and steel inspection.

Corey Booth, Sales Manager, Steel Supply Division
Corey joined Wilshar in August of 2018. After receiving a sales and marketing degree from Missouri Southern State University in 2002, he began his sales career in the metal building industry. As a sales manager, Corey fosters new business and works directly with customers and owners to meet their specific needs. Corey uses his passion and commitment to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements that build long-term customer relationships and help drive future growth.

Kelli Gaunt, Design Manager
Kelli joined Wilshar in January 2021. She received her certificate in Architectural Drafting from Northwest Technical Institute in 2006 and has worked in several disciplines, including structural, retail, and aluminum curtain wall and storefront design for commercial buildings. She is now part of our team designing storage layouts.

Clay Poellot, Draftsman, Steel Supply Division
Clay joined the Wilshar team in May of 2019. Holding an associate's degree from Pulaski Technical College, he brings with him 17 years of drafting experience specializing in AutoCAD and Revit.

David Huebner, Fulfillment Manager
With 15+ years of experience in project management, David understands the necessary steps to successfully complete a project. He joined the Wilshar team in November 2020 and oversees purchasing, along with developing and executing streamlined processes to enable the future growth of Wilshar's mini-storage and pre-engineered buildings division.

Jim Turner, Fabrication Manager
Jim is our Fabrication Manager, specializing in structural and pre-engineered steel fabrication. Focused on shop operations, quality control, and efficient production, he ensures high standards and seamless project execution. With strong leadership and problem-solving skills, Jim collaborates with teams to deliver custom steel solutions while maintaining safety and industry compliance.
